Damascus College, Ballarat - Principal Role - Description
Following on from the dedicated and authentic leadership of Mr Matthew Byrne as Principal, and now Mr Chris Grant as Interim Principal, Damascus College are currently seeking a School Principal who will lead them into the next chapter of their faithful and aspirational journey. The School is first and foremost an inclusive community, and one that prides itself on its connectiveness and creativity, and the development of each student as a whole person. The next Principal will embrace the school’s history, particularly the rich Mercy and Diocesan traditions, and will align their vision for the school with the five core pillars that inform the Strategic Plan 2021-2025, namely:
